What this site is

It is an informational site. It presents our catalogue of releases, the artists who release with us, articles about our work and the services we offer.

It is not an online shop. Nothing is bought here, no payment is taken and no user account is created. The links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and the other platforms take you outside our site.

Copyright

Everything on this site is protected. The music, the artwork, the photographs, the videos, the texts, the logos, the Wide Music Records name and the design of the pages themselves belong to the label or to their rights holders, meaning the artists, composers, lyricists, producers and photographers who created them.

The fact that you can see them here grants you no licence to use them. Every right not expressly granted below stays with its holder.

What you may do

The site is open. Without asking us, you may:

• read, listen to and watch everything here, for your personal use,
• share links to our pages, anywhere you like,
• quote short extracts from our texts, with a credit and a link back to the source.

What is not allowed

Without written permission from us and from the rights holders, you may not:

• copy or republish music, artwork, photographs or texts, in whole or in substantial part,
• use anything from here for a commercial purpose, in advertising, in a product or in another production,

If you want to use something, ask us. The answer is often yes, as long as we know where and how.

What you send us

On the services page you can send us a link to your music. By sending it you declare that you have the right to do so and that you are not infringing anyone else's rights.

Your material stays yours. We acquire no right over it because we listened to it, and we use it nowhere unless we agree with you in writing first.

Sending it does not mean we commit to answering positively or to working together. Your personal details are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Links to other sites

The site links to music platforms, social networks and other pages. We do not control their content or their terms and we take no responsibility for them. Once you follow such a link, their rules apply.

The site is provided as it is

We work to keep what is written here correct and up to date and to keep the site available. We cannot, however, guarantee that there will never be an error, an interruption or a technical problem.
